What is your turnaround time?My typical turnaround time for a mixing and mastering project is 3-5 days, depending on the complexity and number of tracks. I also oEer expedited services if you need your tracks processed faster.

What do I need to provide for mixing and mastering services?Please provide your song's individual stems or tracks in WAV format, ideally with a minimum of 24-bit/44.1 kHz resolution. Ensure the tracks are well-labeled and include specific instructions or desired outcomes.

Can I request revisions?I include five revisions with each project to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions can also be requested for a small fee.

Do you offer mastering for streaming platforms?Yes, I oEer mastering services specifically optimized for streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. This ensures that your music meets the loudness standards and sound quality required by these services.

How should I prepare my files before sending them to you?Please ensure all tracks are cleanly edited and free from clipping. Label each track clearly and include a rough mix if available. Also, ensure that there is no active processing or eEects on the master bus (like compression or EQ) unless it's integral to the sound.

What file formats do you accept and deliver?I accept files in WAV format and deliver the final mastered tracks in WAV format at your choice of 16-bit/44.1 kHz for CD quality or 24-bit/48 kHz for high-resolution audio. Other formats and specifications are available upon request.

How do we communicate during the project?Communication is vital to a successful project. Depending on your preference, we can communicate via email, phone, or messaging/social platforms like WhatsApp or Instagram. I'm available for calls or virtual meetings to discuss the project details before starting and during the process for updates or revisions.

To ensure your projects are kept secure, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning any work. This NDA will legally bind us to maintain the confidentiality of your materials, providing you with peace of mind that your job is protected throughout our process.
