1.  Introduction: By accessing and using our mixing and mastering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use of Service: The services provided by us are for your personal and commercial or non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the services. Misuse includes but is not limited to using the services to:

• Send or upload any material that contains viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components.

•  Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal or unlawful.

• You also agree not to engage in any conduct that may harass or offend other users.

3. Intellectual Property: The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) laws. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on the site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of our company. Further, it is presumed that you are in possession of the Intellectual property of the soundtrack shared by you and in no case is in violation of IP vested with somebody else. The company in no situation is liable to indemnify any third-party claims for violation of any IP for the soundtracks shared by you. It is further apposite to mention that any claims raised by any third party shall be borne and dealt with by you at your risk and consequences,

4. Payment Terms: Final mastered tracks will be shared with you only after the complete payment has been cleared. It is essential that payments are processed promptly to ensure that there is no delay in the delivery of the final product.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your service within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Intimation of such cancellation shall be provided to the company anytime between 10 AM to 7 pm (working hours) on the official mail. After this period, depending on the progress of the work completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The amount/value of the partial returns are dependent upon the task/work already commenced/executed by the company, and further amount of such partial refund is entirely discretional.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event will we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or through our services, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in the District Bengaluru

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Violation of Terms: Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services and, in some cases, may lead to legal action. We reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us for breaches of these terms.
